actor | singer

Rosie is a voice actor, stage actor, and singer, originally from Georgia and now enjoying the snow in Boston, Massachusetts. They studied Vocal Performance and Theatre Arts at Brandeis University, graduating with honors and highest honors respectively. In 2022, they received the Fisher ‘56 Award for Exceptional Achievement in the Creative Arts.

They are trained in Stanislavski, Meisner, Practical Aesthetics, and Viewpoints, as well as improv, devising, and playback theatre, with a special fondness for Chekhov. Their passion for collaboration shows in their expensive experience with ensemble work and guided audience participation.

They are a mezzo-soprano with excellent auditory learning skills, trained in both modern and ‘golden age’ musical theatre styles as well as classical music and contemporary pop. They have performed as a soloist, in large choirs, in an a capella group, and while in high school an award-winning girl's trio. They have experience singing in Latin, Italian, Spanish, French, and German.

For audio recording, they use a Blue Yeti X microphone in a sound-treated closet space.
